Missing task from the Work-To-Do widget before its due date.

Question

We have a case of a missing task from the "Work to Do" widget before its due date. A student complained that his task disappeared from the work-to-do list before he was able to submit it and before its due date.

I would like to know if you have experienced this, and how you fixed it?

Hi Rogelio,

We sometimes see this happen when the activity has an end date set comes before the due date. I recommend entering the assignment settings to see if the assignment dates align. If there is no conflict in the set dates, then it may also be the case that the assignment was toggled to hidden by the instructor unintentionally.
