    Hi Mike,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Brightspace Community.

    This is such an important point and you’ve inspired us to make a change. Any member who achieves the Sprout rank or higher can now always edit their own posts! You can do this by selecting the three ellipses within the comment you wish to edit. 

    Edit function

    In order to ensure that there aren’t gaps in knowledge, we have limited the ability for members to delete content for now.

    If there is something specific that you do wish to be deleted, please flag it and indicate in the comments, and we are happy to do so for you.

    You’ve also encouraged us to create new resources to better communicate with members about how users can earn points and achieve ranks. Stay tuned!
