Issue with Pulse App

One of my learners today 2/2/23 was having issues with the Pulse app working on a new ipad pro. Couldn't upload docs, nor download in a new tab. Eventually had to go to the website to complete. Any suggestions on how to fix?

We previously addressed a defect related to this issue earlier this year. Could you please confirm the device and browser you're using when encountering this issue? Additionally, is it related to any specific tool?
