Issue with Pulse App

Options

One of my learners today 2/2/23 was having issues with the Pulse app working on a new ipad pro. Couldn't upload docs, nor download in a new tab. Eventually had to go to the website to complete. Any suggestions on how to fix?

    For issues with the Pulse App, we have a Pulse FAQ that should help you troubleshoot this issue. However, if your student is continuing to have issues with Pulse, we recommend you connect with your institution's IT Help Desk so they can connect with our Pulse team. Additionally, please let us know if you continue to have an issue and we will make sure the proper teams know!

    On a note: Pulse recently received a new update! We always recommend users have both their app and their device iOS on the most recent update.
