I'm a Moodle developer making the transition to Brightspace. How do I get an account on devcop.brightspace.com?

    For any others who are new to the community, the login credentials are in a file (Developer Instance Credentials.pdf) in the Files section for the Developer Group (you have to click the View All button).

    I have looked all over and clicked on all the "View All" buttons I can find, but I don't see a "Files section" anywhere. Can you provide a link to the area?
