Issue with Manager Dashboard - Course Completion Tracking

Hi all, I'm having issues getting relevant data from my manager dashboard related to completion tracking. When I click Manager Dashboard, and someone's name, under course status it indicates 'Completion Tracking Not Enabled,' although, to the best of my knowledge I have enabled completion tracking 'Required: Automatic."


Any help would be much appreciated. I've attached visuals for clarity.
