Cross posting for @Jacqueline Fluent Downs  who asked what considerations others might have when placing content at the org level for all users to access.

One consideration we discussed was permissions (who can edit).

What others might this group consider?

A great point about enablement, @zAlyssa Filippi!

A welcome message posted in an announcement at org could be a lightweight way to introduce lots of folks to the resource, but even better if that message is reinforced by other folks (Trainers, Faculty etc.) referring to the content, why it may be needed and when, in their own sessions/Learner communications (online syllabus with link, school resources module at beginning or end of course content etc.)
