The message you are seeing is part of the End of Life of certain custom hosted widgets. These widgets that were previously created by Learning and Creative Services team were replaced with system widget versions a few years ago. Your use of custom widgets that you create will not be affected. You can view the end of life announcement for further details.

You can update usernames using the Bulk User Management tool. To do so make sure:
- All users have unique OrgDefinedID values
- Form Element Properties for Org Defined ID Is Displayed & Is Required are both ticked in the BulkUserUpdate form
- Note: the config variable d2l.Settings.OrgHasOrgDefinedId can be on or off - makes no difference, but if it is on OrgDefinedID uniqueness is enforced

Apologies for the delayed response, the typical recommendation is, depending on the refresh workflow and if your application runs periodically, is to have a way of “keeping itself alive” by ensuring it does the refresh token workflow before the expiry time hits.
The access tokens are short-lived and can be reused until they expire (minutes/hours), the refresh tokens are long lived but single use (days/weeks). See

The quiz statistics only capture data from the first attempt. It will also be affected if a question is edited after the attempt. There is more information on quiz statistics here.

So glad to hear it helped. You are correct that the trust is more than just roles/permissions - very much like another layer.
I have set up a number of repositories (a long, long time ago) and delivered a few training sessions on the LOR in my past role as a trainer. I have also attended an LOR training session when I was learning about the product and found it helpful.
