Can we prevent students from dismissing a particular announcement in the announcement widget?

I was watching the Brightspace tutorial compilation, and one of the videos talk about how you can use CPD records to set personal goals and targets. The problem being is it never says where it's located, and I can't find it.

I accidentally copied the wrong course to a course chell (i.e. I copied AGP399 into AGP 583). How can I delete or reverse this action?

When copying from a previous course to a current course, which course do you start in ? Do I go the the previous course to start the copy or do I start in the current course that I want to copy into?
