I think the easiest route here might be asking students to review and comment on peer discussions.
If you're hoping to have this effort contribute to a grade item, you might have students complete an aspect of the peer evaluation as an assignment ex. the assignment itself might require them to fill in a rubric or checklist for the peers that they're evaluating.
