Email addresses for learner on a specific org unit

Please would you be able to direct us to a report that will allow us to pull out email addresses for learners on a particular org unit, e.g. 6839 & 6835?

    Hello Ome, thanks for your question!

    There are not any datasets within the Data Hub that will provide all this information without needing to do some work in Excel to merge.

    My recommendation would be to download the gradebook from the classes where you need this information:

    1. Go to the course and gradebook
    2. Ensure you are on the enter grades page
    3. Select the Export button
    4. Choose the key field you need
    5. De-select any selected options under Grade Values
    6. Select the needed User Details, specifically the Email field
    7. De-select all grade items, since you just need the user information
    8. Select Export to Excel

    Should you want to use the Data Hub, my recommendation would be to use the 'Course Offering Enrollments' Advanced Data Set. You can then download the 'Users' Brightspace Data Set, and complete a lookup of the User ID field to get the required email addresses.
