Create restrictions on assignment text box submissions

Could a feature be added into the assignment text box submission where students are restricted from copying and pasting into the text box. Study forge has this feature included into quiz questions where you can turn on/off copying and pasting into written response questions. This feature could also be helpful in quizzes for written responses.
