Am I able to add a AI voice reader/robot to existing text on the module I am developing?

Hello @Ofentse.D.5346,
D2L does not currently have its own proprietary AI voice reader, as you describe it, but there are some integrations (i,e ReadSpeaker) and/or assistive technologies (i.e. JAWS®, NVDA, Window-Eyes, and VoiceOver) that you can use with Brightspace to read back content.
I would recommend
a) exploring the Brightspace Integration Hub for potential 3rd party integrations
b) checking out the Accessibility Gateway to learn more about accessibility best practices, which includes links to our Accessibility Academy, Accessibility Library, Accessibility Discussions, and our Accessibility Interest Group.
