My student account can see only one other student in the ClassList

My "learner" user has permission to view the classlist, but when I view it for my course, I see only 1 user (who happened to create their account after mine). I do not see the other learners who were already enrolled in that course, nor the instructor. Is there a permission I'm missing?

    Hello, Kimberly,

    Would you be able to confirm if the Students who are not appearing in the classlist are enrolled into a Section where your Learner is not enrolled?

    Would it be possible to send me an URL to the course offering, so that I can take a look at it? And may I have your permission to impersonate your learner user?
