Hi everyone,
We're an art and design university, so the integrity and consistency of images submitted in the discussion area, and as part of assignments is fundamentally important. We're just getting started with Brightspace and we've found at least nine different ways to submit images, several of which re-render or allow distortion of the original submission. Have any of you wrestled with this issue?

Here's an example, if you use the Brightspace “Edit Image” tool in the RTE and resize an image, it creates an entirely new file, with new compression and displays the new image. The file displayed is no longer the file the student intended the teacher (and everyone else) to see, and the student isn't warned that their file is being completely recompressed, and the attachment isn't annotated.
