Hi all,

As we begin January, got a special Tips & Tricks based on working with our support team: A Series of Unfortunate Events: A guide to Troubleshooting & Working with D2L Support.

 

We're going over how to create a A+ support case, the most common issues/questions our support team come across, and some other support related details. This is largely aimed at Approved Support Contacts, or anyone on the first line of support at an organisation.
