Outcome data sets latest update
Has anyone who pulls outcome data using Analytics Builder have any issues with data not showing up with the last update to the outcome data sets. Prior to the last update, data was showing up. Now nothing is showing up. I am using an SQL coding for this and it does use the Outcome Registry Owner data set. I have copied the data set to update the code for Spring semester, but I did not want to mess with Fall unless absolutely necessary.
I will be putting in a support ticket for this once the system is working, but I just wanted to see if anyone else has this issue and might have a fix.

We are missing data. There is no data showing up for Fall 2025.

Only January 2026 data is showing in our current Analytics Builder report.
It would help if there was a Mastery View export option in each course!!
Please get this on the roadmap sooner rather than later. Instructors deserve to have an easy way to download this data for their own reporting needs and backup.

@Kari.E.647 Hi Kari, yes the same thing is happening to us. Our SQL code is suddenly only showing data for outcomes that were assessed in 2026. All of the data for previous semesters is not loading in our dashboard even though it was working fine last month.

@Kari.E.647 I think I discovered what happened. At least in our data, our program level outcomes (but not course level outcomes) were suddenly being logged as isdeleted = true. So I updated my SQL to remove the deleted filters and also swapped in the Outcomes Set Course for the Outcome Registry Owners data set that will be EOL soon. Everything appears to be working for us now. Here's the updated code:
