Pending status of App ID-key pairs requests in Keytool service

We have a testing account on https://partners.brightspace.com and we want to write some tests to get data from your LMS using your API.

We have downloaded PHP SDK from https://docs.valence.desire2learn.com/clients/index.html and as first step

we want to execute its basic example. As far as we understand to get started we need to get and App ID-key pair using D2L Keytool service. We have sent two requests using this service but their statuses are still Pending for several days.

Please advice.

 

One more question: we plan to use a Vagrant Virtual Machine for development. Is it possible?

If yes, what Trusted URL should we specified in Keytool service?
