Question about New v10.0 plan

I have read the blog and looked at the notes related to 9.16/10.0 (20.25.04) and 10.4 (20.25.08) and after updating my notes on the upcoming changes I noticed that the following datasets that had been mentioned earlier as part of 10.x were neither included ( new notes) or excluded (the blog change log).

Organizational Unit Ancestors

Organizational Unit Descendents

Activity Exemptions Log

Are they being planned still, but at a point beyond August, or are they no longer being considered for this year. Or have I missed a note about them somewhere?
