I see a new column 'AIUtilization' being added to several data sets. Will these columns only exist for those with one of the new D2L Lumi packages?
The AIUtilization column will appear in all data sets independent of whether or not users are entitled to the D2L Lumi package. You can expect to see a 0 in that new column if no D2L Lumi capability was used in assignments, discussions, and quiz questions.
