Can anyone tell me what the field "% Feedback Read" pertains to? Does this apply to the text field for discussions and papers? Does it apply to rubrics?

Brightspace has 4 entities that can be graded: assignments, quizzes, discussions and surveys. The instructor can give feedback by filling out the field Feedback. Feedback Read is a boolean, indicating whether the student has seen/read the feedback. For assignments, check Brightspace Data Set: Assignment Submissions
