LOVE the new auditor functionality in the Engagement Dashboard. Our advising team is going to really get a lot of value out of this. In doing some testing with the Engagement Dashboard, I have a request that I can put into PIE as well, but wanted to mention it here. Another filter we would like to see in the Engagement Dashboard - especially advisors looking for at-risk students - is to filter out courses that haven't started yet. I could be missing something on this too, so let me know.
As an example, an auditor goes in and does a filter for Spring semester. Then, clicks on the handy bar graph to filter and only see students that haven't accessed a course yet. However, that includes courses that haven't started yet (and therefore don't even allow a student to access). We utilize multiple start dates in a Semester, so the auditor is seeing Spring semester students in the list that the course doesn't open up until later in the Spring. Because of this, they have to research in a new browser tab in the SIS or Brightspace course list to differentiate which students truly haven't accessed a course compared to students that it says they haven't accessed yet but the course has not gotten to the start date yet.
An ability to filter out end dates would be helpful too for these same reasons. Thanks for the consideration!
