Hi @Christina Tidy - One workaround is to use Intelligent Agents, which support release conditions (so can be setup to perform actions based on quiz results or checklist completion) and can be configured to perform an enrollment. One caveat is that agents run on a schedule, so at best you can set it up to run nightly - which means students wont get enrolled immediately upon completing the quiz or checklist item.

What is Status in Legacy SCORM reports?

I'm trying to help instructors understand the Legacy SCORM reports for a bunch of Camtasia quiz videos. What does the Status column refer to in the report? Sometimes it will show Completed for Progress and a red X for Status, other times there is nothing in Progress but sometimes still a red X in Status. It doesn't appear to be related to passing since there is no passing score set on these.

And I have come across some students that have Completed with 100% but still have the red X under Status:

Also, why does time spent sometimes remain at 0:00:00 or remain empty even when there were 3 attempts? Is Time Spent the average for all attempts or overall/cumulative?

My learners say they can't see detailed quiz results

I graded their quizzes and publizhed the results, but my learners are telling me all they can see is their score, they can't see the detail (questions, their answers, correct answers, feedback, etc.). I checked my settings and I think I've set it correctly. Is it me, or is it them? (I have no idea where they should look, if it's them.)

Hi Eli

The Org Structure relationships that you choose depend on what you actually have connected to each other in the Admin Tools > Org Unit Editor. However all systems will have the "Standard Department" (which may go by another name - see Org Unit Editor > Manage Types) followed by Course Template, followed by Course Offering.

Custom Org Unit Types (OUTypes) are found between the Department and Organization levels. It's up to each client administrator to ensure that they are being consistent with the way OUTypes connect to each other.

The Semester OUType is another special case in that it connects the Organization directly to the Offerings. So Offerings commonly have two parents (Template and Semester).
