All New Partners Group
Let's face it, integrations can be a challenge. Setup can be tricky but even after you get everything setup you will probably have product questions. With SO many 3rd party solutions, it can be a hard keeping up to date with everything that goes through the LMS. We heard your concerns and are pleased to introduce our community with The Partner Group; our first step towards better enabling the vendors of our partner program.
To us, Partnerships = Community = Ecosystems. And we are doing just that, developing an ecosystem where the LMS, vendors, and end-users all work harmoniously. The goal of our new group is simple:
a. Improve Communication
b. Help you find the integration info you need. Ask product questions
c. Allow you to ask other's specific questions and collaborate
The partner group will be monitored by both the D2L partners team and several core partners to provide the best community experience. You may use this as a space to ask questions about current integrations, access vendor resources/docs, get notifications about partners news and even help provide advice/troubleshooting for other users. Much like many of our other groups (like The Developer Group), we encourage you to collaborate and ask the questions!
This group will not replace any current support channels either with D2L or the vendor, rather is to enhance the overall experience and sharing of knowledge. If you run into any breaking issues or find you are not receiving the help you need, please follow your normal support paths.
