Hi all,

Does anyone know of a way to see insights on Instant Messenger data from the learner and/or instructor point of view, e.g. number messages sent/reeived, reply time from instructor?

Any insight greatly appreciated!

    Hi John;

    At this time we do not have a data set that surfaces Instant messaging data within Brightspace that is sent between users (whether that is faculty or learner interactions). Based on my review I was unable to see any articles that would suggest this being surfaced via a Brightspace Data Set.

    I would suggest investigating our Product Idea Exchange (on the Legacy community at the moment) to request that information be surfaced. You will need to be logged into the legacy community to see that option.
