The D2L Product Design team is looking for your input. We would like to invite you to participate in a study about your experience using video conferencing tools in your teaching.

 

We are looking for instructors who used video conference tools in the last 12 months to complete an online survey that takes approximately 10 minutes. The deadline for survey completion is Monday, July 19th, 11:59 PM EDT. As a token of our appreciation, you will have the opportunity to enter in a draw to win 1 of 5 gift card of $75 USD.

Project Details

 

What is this research about? We’re interested in better understanding why you use video conferencing tools and some of the challenges you’ve experienced.

 

When is this research happening? The survey will be available until Monday, July 19th, 11:59 PM EDT. It can be accessed here: https://survey.medallia.ca/?videoconferencing 

 

Who can participate the survey? Instructors, teachers, educators who have used video conferencing tools in their teaching over the last 12 months.  

  

What do I get out of the survey?  As a token of appreciation for your time, you will have the opportunity to enter in a draw to win 1 of 5 gift cards of $75 USD. Please complete the survey by the deadline above to be entered in the draw. We will conduct the draw and send gift cards on Tuesday July 20th, 2021.

    Hi @Michael Kavanagh​ , thanks for the invitation! There are a lot of lecturers at our university who have used video conferencing (if not all). Unfortunately most lecturers are on holiday at the moment. Let us know if you need more input on this subject in a month or so..

    Thanks Joost - yes, I thought holiday period would be an issue with this one. We'll keep the group posted. In general, we're trying to make our research opportunities more visible to people and get more advanced notice of the planned research.
