Hi Lindsay - thanks for your presentation last week. Kaplan already has a number of team members signed up to the UX research programme. We would be very interested to discuss the self-paced research. We have a large proportion of students who study programmes that do not have a fixed exam date. We have little to no visibility of when students intend to sit their final exam or how long they are planning to take to complete their programme of study. It is very difficult to provide guidance and motivation to students using Brightspace in these instances as we do not know what sort of programme length they are following - we find that students tend to defer and delay in the absence of a structure that they can work to.
