Widgets are typically set up by your system administrators and added to your organization’s homepage – as opposed to the homepage of a course that you are creating the content for. As a content creator you do not have to do anything to make sure your courses appear in a user’s “my courses” widget.

Availability: This feature is available to all customers.
To enable: Make sure you have permissions turned on for the my courses widget. D2L recommends that you turn on the d2l.Tools.MyCoursesWidget.UpdatedSortLogic configuration variable. Use the Customize this Widget option to configure the My Courses widget to display tabs that organize courses by Semester Name, Department, or Role for the Org.
Chose the criteria that will trigger an intelligent agent to send an automatic message to learners - Ex/ course activity or login activity. Set the message learners will receive and schedule your intelligent agent to run automatically at the frequency that suits your needs (daily, weekly, monthly, annually).
