Hi all, I am hoping some of you might be able to assist with this query. We are implementing some new foundation units within the University that come with a whole set of compliance regulations. One of these is in regards to students getting written feedback from each of their units half way through the term ( these units run for ten weeks). The University of Auckland had some software where the templates for the reports was held, lecturers would log in, ticked some boxes and added comments to generate the reports that would be sent to the student - so these look very much like a report a high school student would get. Does anyone use anything like that integrated with their D2L system or SIS? As a workaround I have suggested setting up a rubric that can be marked within an assignment that a student can then view/ download- but thought I would see how others might deal with this. Attached is one page of the report- each report would consist of several pages of each unit the student is participating in. Auckland uni use Canvas I believe- not sure about their student management system or if they have created this report system from scratch or not.
