Hi @Benjamin Knight​ ,

As your TAM, I'd like to organise a screenshare with you to get a better understanding of these challenges you raised in relation to content completion. As you mentioned in the call, the auto-completion is based around topic and associated activity visits/clicks.

When it comes to SCORM completion, I think improvements can always be made in the package design, where they are designed in such a way that prevents users from just clicking through to the end. I'll touch base and arrange a suitable time to dive into this a little deeper.
