SCORM Visits 9: is there meant to be more than one visit per user per SCORM?
My understanding of the SCORM Visits 9 dataset is that it should have a unique visit id each time the user visits the SCORM. My intuition defines a "visit" as the interactions between a user opening a SCORM and SCORM session being closed or timing out.
However, the dataset almost exclusively (with 3 seemingly-random exceptions) has one visit per user for any particular SCORM. Many of the rows have different FirstAccessDate, LastAccessDate, and CompletedDate columns, so there have clearly been different visits (by my definition).
Is this the intended behaviour of the dataset? Is a visit defined by the system in a different way?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello Derik,
Thank you for your question. You are absolutely right; each visit ID should be unique as it's a new session. I have created a support case to work with you on this issue and will continue the communication through there!
Kind Regards,
Mian
