Hi - SNHU is preparing to migrate to Brightspace and want to be sure our help desk is properly staffed. We are developing robust trainings to help with this. When others migrated to Brightspace, how much did your help desk load increase? For how long? We are also adding mobile support for the first time. Did you get alot of requests for mobile issues? Thanks in advance.

Moving to Daylight didn't really change or increase our load. We sent out the D2L Daylight template email and flyer to the users and posted it as a news item. Daylight only really changed the look and feel of the learning environment. It doesn't change the way the tools work or function.
