Help with Scheduled CSV Option in Analytics Builder
Hello. We recently gained access to the new Analytics Builder, and I am comparing features between it and the Insights Report Builder. I was attempting to test scheduled sending of data, and I am only seeing a PDF option for dashboards. Does anyone know how to send CSV data on a schedule like you can in DOMO? I sure hope I am just missing something, otherwise, this new system is a downgrade, lacking some very basic features. Any help would be appreciated!

I just chatted with someone from D2L about this. They confirmed that there is not a scheduled email CSV option, only a scheduled PDF option in Analytics Builder. For CSV exports you can share the dashboard directly with the person and that person can download a CSV of specific visualizations (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/quicksight/latest/user/exporting-data.html). But it sounds like it is self-serve and would require that the receiving person's Brightspace role to have the permission to Analytics Builder > Can Use Analytics Builder permission.
