Im working with my 3rd party to implement API from Brightspace to SF (in submitting assessment),

Can I have a clarification on these?

 

1. With the Rubric Assessment dataset retrieved where it contains LevelAchievedId
2. How do we determine the name value of that LevelAchieved?
3. Can this be achieved through API? If so, can you please point me to the API reference that allows querying LevelAchieved information based on the LevelAchievedId?
