How does your team manage accessibility requests and accommodations? Do you have a system in place to identify if a learner has specific requirements for different learning formats, such as online self-paced or in-person classroom sessions? Additionally, are you able to store this information for future requests so that learners don’t have to repeat their needs each time?
By example maybe you are using an internal system to track and manage these requests, allowing us to flag any specific requirements a learner may have for different types of learning formats. This system also stores the learner’s accessibility information securely, so for future courses, we can automatically apply their accommodations without them having to resubmit or repeat their needs. We regularly review the system to ensure it stays compliant with accessibility standards and is responsive to learners’ evolving needs.
