I've developed a bulk tool settings generator.

I work on a course development team and my role is to integrate courses. Often courses have several quizzes, assignments, or discussions with the same settings, just different names and dates. I've developed this generator to automate the creation of some of those tool settings.

It's fully functional however it is still a work-in-progress. At some point I will add the same individual dates functionality to Assignments that Quizzes have. I plan to add Discussions at some point in the future.

Note: For quiz submission views, "Show question score and out of score" is omitted from my tool. Based on my testing, this setting does not export with quizzes and therefore does not import.
