What is the D2L Academy?

The school of our online community is called the “D2L Academy”. This is where our world-class educators, administrators and developers can learn how to unlock the true potential of their Brightspace product. A host of free and premium courses are available to help us learn and become equipped to transform the way the world learns.

I am looking for a way to export a title list of courses from a term in Brightspace. For example, all the class course titles for Spring of 2026. I am not seeing anything in the Data Hub that includes course titles. Thanks for any input.

I am looking to reset a course for a user, how can I do this? Removing the quiz attempts is not enough as they can enter the course and redo the quiz without looking at the content again.

We launched BSpace this year as a standalone system, without being connected to any sort of Student Info System to control and keep track of things like a Learner's progress toward completing a program. We wanted to be able to acknowledge and give awards or credit when someone completed a curriculum that included several courses. Brightspace doesn't really have any way to keep track of that without a SIS. But we figured out a workaround. I'm happy to post about that, if anyone is interested, and please comment on my idea for a T&T category.

I can't share more specific images for confidentiality reasons, but in the past, no matter where you were on the gradebook page, the scrollbar would always appear.
Can someone advise if this is an update, a setting that got pushed out, and/or if this is a setting we can adjust on our side?

It now means if an instructor wants to view looking at a specific grade item, they can only view 10 students at a time, have to scroll to the bottom of the page, use the horizontal scroll bar to find what they hope is (the grade name is no longer showing) and scroll up.

In the meantime, I've suggested the instructor zoom out to view her grade items and only look at 10 students per page, but this change is a hurdle for instructors who are viewing or inputting grades.
