Gradebook horizontal scroll bar

Hello! An instructor who used Chrome browser told me the scrollbar which used to appear at the bottom of the screen no matter where were looking now ONLY appears at the bottom of the gradebook.

I can't share more specific images for confidentiality reasons, but in the past, no matter where you were on the gradebook page, the scrollbar would always appear.
Can someone advise if this is an update, a setting that got pushed out, and/or if this is a setting we can adjust on our side?

It now means if an instructor wants to view looking at a specific grade item, they can only view 10 students at a time, have to scroll to the bottom of the page, use the horizontal scroll bar to find what they hope is (the grade name is no longer showing) and scroll up.

In the meantime, I've suggested the instructor zoom out to view her grade items and only look at 10 students per page, but this change is a hurdle for instructors who are viewing or inputting grades.

How can I try to mimic branching in Quizzes that's offered in surveys? Any creative workarounds?
This was a request by an instructor, so I really appreciate any ideas!

Bulk uploading Certifications

I have a lot of certifications for about 1000 students. These certifications were earned through another organization. Is there any way to bulk upload certificates into DropBox to attach the certificates to the learner's profile in a course?

Flagging students with additional needs

I've tried to find a way to flag students with additional needs so that the instructor can see this at a glance in the classlist. I can't find a way to do this and I believe there is not a current tool to enable this.

I would add this to the Product Idea Exchange, only the link to it is not working!

Does anyone have any bright ideas?

Quizzes unavailable

I registered to take a course through Brightspace in June 2024. I logged in today (Feb. 2025) and I have access to videos and powerpoints but no quizzes. When I click the quizzes available in the course, it shows the quiz details and says "Click 'Start Quiz' to begin Attempt 1" but there is no Start Quiz button to select. I also couldn't find a Quiz section anywhere on the website.

If needed: The course I am trying to take is "NJ SCCT - NJ Supplemental Community Competency Training (SCCT) for HCO."

Not sure if it's an issue with this specific training or that I am trying to take it after so many months.

How can I get help with a specific question regarding adding someone to a classlist?

I have a user who has been enrolled in several courses. I can't add them to a new course's classlist because they can't be found. The chatbot isn't able to help. I can't find any related articles. The chatbot keeps telling me that I have to be logged in first to this community before I can contact customer support via chat or email ... but I am already logged in. My industry is non-profit (not listed) and I don't see a related drop-down choice that speaks to this. Any article I look for doesn't speak to this issue.
Call this a cry into space.... but can anyone from Customer Support help me?
