Hi All & @Michael Moore ,

We're trying to figure out how to pull in Program Learning Outcomes into a rubric. It's our impression that this is possible to do, but we can't figure out how to do it. Are we understanding correctly? Do you have more info on this topic?

Thanks!

We are encountering issues with this limitation as well and have fervently requested that this functionality be added to the rubrics tool. Hopefully we will hear progress on this soon. We are also excited to receive update on the reporting capabilities of a rubric's associated outcomes.

    Hello Charles & Kimberly -

Sorry for the slow response to this post. I didn't get a notification for some reason.

For program outcomes, you would need to add the program outcome into your course (Import from Program) in the Learning Outcomes tool. Once it has been added to your list of outcomes in your course, then it will be available to be added to the rubric or directly to assessment activities.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Mike

Thank you for the response! Do you have any updates on when this functionality will be available at the org level, and when reporting associated with this functionality will be available?

This is in our roadmap for the Program Outcomes work that we will be starting later this year. I don't have a specific timeline for when this functionality will be completed but it is coming.
