How can I setup a grade scheme to show pass/fail and the % of the score?

Delete an actual assignent
Hello, how can I delete an assignment. I am allowing the student to resubmit and not be graded on what she originally submitted. There used to be a way last year under Eval, now I can't find it. Thank you.

Section titles/text in Question Library do not update in Quizzes (and vice versa)
