Our team has been using the QuizAttempts data set to run reports on student performance as well as to find out how many attempts are completed on a specific assessment (for example, how many attempts did a student take before passing their exam). What we recently discovered is that attempts don't seem to be tallied by a specific assessment, by user, but instead globally. So if the student is enrolled in more than one course, attempts taken in other quizzes are considered part of the total.

Our practice is to delete failed attempts in order to allow the student to try again. The example below really should be attempts 1-5:

I am a Instructional Designer for our university. I am looking a way to track instructor progress as they are developing courses in development shells. Are there any reports available for that type of data? I am looking for how much content or assessments have been added or updated. Any help would be appreciated.
