As part of D2L’s effort to continuously improve our communications to you, we are making a change to our Continuous Delivery (CD) notifications process. In the current system the list of sites you receive CD notifications for is manually managed, making it difficult to accurately maintain. In the new system, you will receive notifications based on what sites you are associated with as an Approved Support Contact (ASC).
What does this mean for me?
If there are legacy sites that you have been receiving notifications for, they will stop.
If you were not receiving notifications for sites where you are an ASC, you will start receiving them.
Where can I see what sites I’m an ASC for?
Login to the ASC Homepage and navigate to “My Orgs”.
When will this take effect?
Starting in December 2020 you will receive CD notifications only for the sites that are listed in the ASC portal.
