Approved Support Contacts: Case Filtering
Background
Since February of 2019, D2L has released two major changes to the Approved Support Contact Homepage. These changes have aimed to connect Approved Support Contacts with more resources inside of the Brightspace Community that can be used to help answer the most pressing Brightspace questions asked of them. Each of these changes has been informed by it's own series of user experience testing sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
In our latest rounds of user experience research we heard 66% of our participants ask for additional support filtering their cases on their homepage. We hope that this documentation will offer that support by providing step-by-step instructions to create new custom list views in your homepage. Feedback and Known Challenges
There are many options and labels that appear through the case management tool and its list views. Some combinations which may seem intuitive, may not result in an accurate list view. That is why we're working to create guided step-by-step instructions to help you access the right information, at the right time, in your Approved Support Contact Homepage.
