Hello ASCs!
We continue to work toward improving your experience with the Client Availability Dashboard originally made available in the ASC Homepage on August 24th 2020. The purpose of this dashboard is to provide you with real-time updates regarding the availability and status of your Org(s).
This new Dashboard replaces the old Client Trust Dashboard and offers a slightly different view that allows you to see a snapshot of the health of all your Orgs in one list, with the ability to select a specific Org to get more detailed information. The former Client Trust Dashboard was removed on September 30, 2020, and is no longer available.
How to view the new Dashboard:
- Log in to the ASC Brightspace Community Homepage using your Brightspace Community credentials. Then, select the My Orgs tab:

- Tip: Ensure your filter is set to My Orgs to display all available Orgs (it defaults to Recently Viewed)
- From here, you are able to view the status of each org as well as the number of Open Cases
- To view details about a specific Org, select the Org Name:

- Two graphs will be available for display.
- Graph One displays Brightspace Daily Availability
- Graph Two displays Brightspace Monthly Availability
- Use the date pickers provided to select the date range you would like to see displayed on each graph.
- A chart displaying Org Uptime for the past 30 days appears along with information about the Org selected:

Starting February 3rd 2022 we’ll be introducing a new change to the graphs so the y-axis auto-adjusts to give you a clearer view of your site availability. Let us know about your thoughts on the change in the comments section following this article.
What if we have archived Orgs?
As of December 2020 we added a new custom list view to help make it easier to view active vs. archived orgs.
- We have added a new list view under My Orgs to make it easy to toggle between active and archived orgs
- There are now “My Active Orgs” and “My Archived Orgs”
- When viewing Archived Orgs, the Org Status will be blank
- To view archived Orgs:
- Navigate to the Manage Cases section of the ASC Homepage
- Select the "My Orgs" tab
- Select drop down menu of the list view selected (ex. "My Active Orgs" )
- Select the List View called "My Archived Orgs"

FAQ:
What if one of my Orgs is not displaying in the list of My Orgs?
- For any questions/concerns around the list of Orgs displayed please contact your Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
What do the different statuses mean?
- Available: Brightspace is performing as expected
- Service Impacting Event: Brightspace is available but not performing as expected
- Service Disruption: Brightspace is unavailable
Will I still have access to the existing Client Trust Dashboard?
- No, the existing Client Trust Dashboard has been removed and is no longer accessible.
I’m seeing a Service Disruption but haven’t received an email
- Once you have verified that the email is not in your junk folder, please contact your Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
When I select an Org to see the Uptime, nothing displays
- Please contact your Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
When I select an Org to see the Uptime, I receive an error message
