Hello, I am wanting to post an announcement about an event to all of the courses in my prefix. I have an "lead access" account but our D2L Admin is saying it is not possible.

Were I to enroll a student to another course with the same survey would their answers transfer?
I would like to move a student from one course to another which offers the same content but occurs at a different time, if the student has already completed surveys, quizzes etc. will their answers carry over if the new course has the same content.
