What does "send to root" mean? Every time I try to move a module up or down, it winds up as a submodule. Creator+ Layouts not working
Layouts appears to be enabled since it is an option in the + menu. However, all layouts are stacked vertically instead of horizontally. I've looked in the config variable browser and do not see anything related to layouts to turn on… what am I missing?
