I cannot for the life of me edit the widgets!
I just created a course shell, and I have read several forums on how to edit widgets, but my course shell simply isn't giving me the options to edit the widgets or home page at all. I've watched videos on how to do it, and it seems like my course is missing important links. Please help!

All existing quicklinks broken.
I created new topics using HTML source code, for the buttons that link to existing quicklinks I did not use the built in editor tool instead I copied the form template link and pasted in HTML anchor tag href. Is that the cause of why all existing quicklinks broken or is it a separate issue and how to resolve it?

Home Page Dashboard
Hello, the Dashboard Widget on our Home Page shows courses that are in progress. The issue is, when a course is completed, it shows in the Award list but does not disappear from the in-progress Dashboard. Anyone else experienced that?

Issued Award Criteria
Hi, we have issued an award to one of our employees and written a criteria in error. We have tried revoking the award and re-issuing, but the wrong criteria still appear on our reports. Anyone know how it could be fixed?

Group Project ratings

Are there slide size limits for PPSX and PPTX files
There seems to be a limit to slide sizes when uploading Powerpoint files. If you use widescreen slides, they do not render correctly in the viewer provided within D2L. If you convert it to PDF, it does render fine. Any ideas?

Purge tool
When you have a purge task queued and it says that it is 85%, or some other percentage, it appears that the job stalls. The time and date stamp on the job just states the last time it was updated. After several days it still says the same. Is there an issue and what can I check to see if it has stalled ?

Inaccurate "Work to do" widget
Tasks completed before the due date still show in my "work to do" widget. I'm sitting by the director of my program and we have yet to find a setting to clear it, including adding end dates.
