I have created a department and when I upload to IPSIS a course template it fails with parent unknown even though that department exists.

Bulk unenroll learners from specific Course Offering
We have Course offerings used for resources and communications, which the learners get refreshed every year as new students join/graduate. Is there a way to remove all learners from a site, in lieu of the manual approach?

Hi- I had a client ask about the blog tool in BS. We had it disabled. I just enabled it and I can see it from the instructor side, but not student. Under permissions, I see it has to be enabled for students. Is this tool intended to be use by students? Or is this just a faculty tool? Not seeing a grading option as of yet…

Exceeding the total points on an Assignment
Is there a way to allow bonus points on an assignment? I found where you can allow points to be exceeded on a quiz or test however, cannot find a setting like this for assignments. If I try to override the score in grades I get a warning. Thanks in advance!

Intelligent Agent
I am attempting to set up an intelligent agent in a course that will send an email when the criteria are met. When I attempt to edit the "To", I am unable to access the classlist. My only options are systems contacts or personal contacts. Is there a way to bring in that classlist?

D2L Brightspace and Excel and grades
In Blackboard, you had to first set up the columns for grades and then export this gradeless grade center to Excel in order to get the format that Blackboard would accept grades from Excel in. Same for D2L?
