Utilizing LOR to share PDFs not working.
I published a PDF to my LOR, however when the link is used on a mobile device, it doesn't show the entire document. Only the title page. When the link is used on a computer, there are not issues. Is there a way to fix this? Did I set up the LOR incorrectly?

Is there a way to remove or change the "Recommended" label beside Lato?
In the absence of being able to call on our custom font, Marketing has approved the use of Arial. It would be great to point our instructional designers to this font.

In Classlist, is there a way to send an email to all people who have not accessed course?
On Email Classlist, I tried to generate a list of people who had not accessed the course. I tried using Last Accessed. However, I couldn't enter a blank Start or End Date, and when I entered an end date of a few months ago, the results excluded those with blank "Last Accessed."

Is there a way to add new fonts to the editor dropdown?
We have added a font and it is referenced in our CSS files. It works as the default font in our HTML templates. But, is there a way to add it to the Font drop down so that we can reference it in our Unit pages? We want to ensure our courses use our approved corporate font.

Not able to access the new ASC portal
I can't access the new ASC portal; each time I click the button, I am led to the page with " No permission" I have checked the community site, and tried to access the new portal site via the link under "Resources," but I am getting the same error. In the Mail templates, there's one for Award Earned Notification. Is there a way to turn this off? We'd prefer to use an Intelligent Agent to notify users.

BDS 9.2 stopped updating datasets
On Feb 11, I updated to BDS 9.2. I noticed for a few days that data (e.g. Awards Issued dataset) stopped updating. Today, I finally remembered that I updated the version. I reverted back to the old version, and data is now appearing. Might be worth investigating.

SCORM activity
Hi, There are 2 ways to add a SCORM file to D2L: Through "Add Course Package - SCORM/xAPI" in the Content menu as a link to SCORM file. Through Import in Course admin as a SCORM activity. What is the difference and what option is better to be used?

Is there a way to download all questions from a question pool so that offline review can be done, rather than reviewing each question within BS?
